More political chicanery involving "wild" NSA wiretaps in the US and worldwide?

Sen. Roland Burris (D-IL), appointed by ex-Illinois Democratic Governor Rod Blagojevich, impeached and convicted by the Illinois legislature, has admitted to money conversations with Blagojevich's brother, Robert Blagojevich.

In a February 4 affidavit to the Illinois House impeachment committee, Burris wrote that "there were several facts that I was not given the opportunity to make during my testimony to the impeachment committee."

Burris admitted he had three phone conversations with Robert Blagojevich, one in October and two after the election in November. The calls sought campaign contribution assistance from Burris. At least one of the phone calls may have been wiretapped by the FBI, according to some published reports. Republicans on the Illinois House impeachment committee are pressing for a perjury investigation of Burris.

However, the real story is U.S. Attorney for Northern Illinois, Patrick Fitzgerald, recently reappointed by President Barack Obama, undoubtedly with the support of White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, Rod Blagojevich's successor in the U.S. House of Representatives.

We reiterate our earlier reports that Fitzgerald is likely using illegal NSA wiretaps obtained under the National Security Agency's (NSA) illegal STELLAR WIND eavesdropping program. It now appears that the program is continuing under the Obama administration and stored intercepted phone calls are being used by the Obama White House against Burris in yet another attempt by Emanuel to purge his enemies from public office.

NSA sources have informed me that the two major communications links being monitored by STELLAR WIND are those that link Detroit and Chicago to the rest of the country and the world, particularly the circuits to Washington, DC. The official reason is the large number of Arab-Americans and Muslims living in both metropolitan areas. However, we are told that "conversations involving politics and politicians" were collaterally handed over routinely to the Justice Department, of which Fitzgerald is a part.

The Blagojevich prosecution and that of Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, for which the latter saw the introduction as evidence of some 14,000 pager text messages between Kilpatrick and his chief of staff Christine Beatty, with whom he was alleged to be carrying on an extramarital affair, likely involved the handing over of NSA STELLAR WIND, PINWALE, LIONFUSION, LIONHEART, LIONROAR, and OCEANARIUM voice and text intercepts. These would have been obtained by Fitzgerald in the cases of Blagojevich and now Burris, and by Michigan's Republican Attorney General Mike Cox in the Kilpatrick case.

Kilpatrick resigned on September 18, 2008 and served a 99-day prison sentence for obstruction of justice involving the sex scandal. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is now investigating the charges that Burris was involved with the Blagojevich brothers in the "pay to play" scandal.

Kilpatrick's mother is Rep. Carolyn Kirkpatrick (D-MI), who helped former Rep. Cynthia McKinney in conducting an informal 9/11 hearing in the House of Representatives in 2005. I served as one of the questioners of witnesses at the hearing...

It can be expected that Rep. Kilpatrick "got the message" in the indictment and jailing of her son, the former mayor, and she will no longer press the 9/11 truth cause. It is also apparent that Emanuel has his sights trained on Burris and he is looking forward to ensuring that Emanuel's ally, Governor Pat Quinn, stands ready to appoint, if necessary, Burris' replacement, someone who will toe the Emanuel and American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) line, which is completely subservient to the power behind the power in USA,... AIPAC being a "cheap" covert way of controlling both houses of congress "remotely" and without fanfare in USA...with a liaison in most meaningful parts of the world for relaying and influence peddling trade-offs... on a massive scale.
