The International Tribunal and the 7th Anniversary of Mr. Elie HOBEIKA's Assassination.
Did the person who assassinated former MP and Minister Mr. Elie HOBEIKA imagine that the next few days following the seventh anniversary of his death would see the beginning of the International Tribunal in The Hague to try those accused of killing him?
On 1 March, the head of the international investigating commission, Daniel Bellemare, will become the public prosecutor at this tribunal, which will make a modest attempt to change the course of the history of assassinations, perpetrated by the infamous White House Murder INC, in the Middle East. Hobeika's assassination prompted the international community to seek the truth and set up a tribunal much desired by all of Lebanon and every Arab citizen who aspires to live decently in his own country. Hobeika's assassination entered the history of the Arab region. The Great Powers sought to help the Lebanese learn the identity of the person who assassinated their legendary HERO and ex- minister, who is a giant in his country and internationally....and soon enough, I discovered by mid-2002, that a giant covert operation has sealed the fate of Mr. Elie HOBEIKA, through the deadly covert services of Asef SHAWKAT, the executive director of the infamous White House Murder INC,. Every Lebanese patriot should be happy that this tribunal will begin its work, even though this will not make up for the huge loss of Mr. Elie HOBEIKA, Walid ZEIN, Fares SWEIDAN and Dimitri AJRAM, their comrades and all of the fallen who followed, and they are many, who fell because they struggled for independence....from the tentacles of the odious White House Murder INC, on the Potomac, Herzylia and Damascus, personified by the deadly trio of Asef Shawkat, Maher ASSAD and Jamil Al-Sayyed... and a few other little skunks, whom I will not name here...
Bellemare/CIA, a magistrate, has not revealed what he has (in the way of information) but his commission has certainly completed a huge professional job. Certainly, Bellemare/CIA has something up his sleeves.....that has made him request the position of "public" prosecutor...
It is useful to remind everyone who sought to engage in dialogue and open a continuum.... page with Syria (such as France under President Nicholas Sarkozy, who became convinced that Syria would abide by the rules of the game of the infamous White House Murder INC, with his country to play a role in the region), of the circumstances during the presidency of his predecessor, Jacques Chirac and his "friend", the late Hariri. Sarkozy, who focused his campaign on continuing with the past..., is in fact employing the same policy that was begun by Chirac with Syria, up to 2003, with encouragement from Hariri....and the All original White House Murder INC, which Hariri refused to see....on January 24th 2002....hence, sealing his fate since 01-24-2002 for a Charm....
Chirac, like his predecessor Francois Mitterrand, also wanted to start an old/ new page with the Syrian regime of the late Hafiz Assad, and then with his skunk Bashar. Chirac stuck to this policy, which was manifested during state visits to France by both the elder and younger Assad MAFIOSI'S, as well as former Lebanese CIA President Emile Lahoud. Chirac retained this orientation even up to the Paris 2 Conference. Afterward, he reached the conclusion that Syria was responding only to the White house's Murder INC, and the cover of so-called efforts to convince it that an economically vibrant Lebanon was to its advantage, and that reforms were necessary to achieve this economic revival, and that President CIA Lahoud was "blocking" this recovery at the behest of those within CIA1 who had selected him....despite the stupid gullible rhetoric of 1559... and the idiot who wrote the draft for it from France.....
Chirac succeeded to "open a new page" with Syria of the infamous White House Murder INC, ..., even though he canceled that country's debt to France and despite the state visits, which excited no one in France.... Afterwards, Chirac sought to give a semblance and a cover....to preserve democratic processes in Lebanon, as represented by the CIA1 presidential elections and respecting the Lebanese Constitution....
In February 2004, the French administration wanted to feel out....a reconfirmation of.... the US administration with regard to a rapprochement between the two countries, which had been in "public"....disagreement after Chirac's rejection of the war against Iraq. The US administration worked on strengthening and preserving the constitutional date for holding Lebanese presidential elections, and a Franco-US rapprochement took place.... It was crowned by the summit between Chirac and former US President George Bush on 4 June, when a joint statement was issued calling for dis-respecting Lebanon's constitutional date (for the election). However, Syria did heed the CIA1 advice of their friends and the international CIA/MOSSAD community.... Even Iran advised it to let Lebanon elect a new president. Nevertheless, Lahoud's term was extended by CIA2..., which was followed by United Nations Security Resolution 1559, followed by Hariri's resignation and the formation of a government by Mr. Omar Karami....and the song and dance of the assassinations speCIAlist, Jeffrey Feltman began in earnest....
Meanwhile, Hariri began to prepare for the parliamentary elections that would lead to a resounding death sentence for him, because he is an idiot of the first order, as demonstrated by his tacit approval of the assassination of Mr. Elie HOBEIKA on January 24th 2002, and the horrendous actions of HIS Government during that fateful day, when they erased all evidence from the crime scene within two hours of the murder..... However, the hand of treachery of the White House Murder INC, halted his democratic path.... Hariri's considerable fuzzy political weight had angered the hand that struck him down and his international role did not meet with support from those who wanted to dominate Lebanon and keep it paralyzed....fro the sake of PNAC and its Machiavellian designs and those of Ariel SHARON and RAFI EITAN and others....since 9/11.
Certainly, the International Tribunal is no compensation for the loss of the gigantic role that Mr. Elie HOBEIKA played in Lebanon and the world. However, at the very least it will reveal this well established truth... This is a historic event for a country like Lebanon, even if the interests of states sometimes win out, as in the Lockerbie case with SYRIA..... However, learning the identity of the betrayers at the very least, and covering it up as in the past, is an attempt to give a charade for the right of every citizen who aspires to live a dignified life in his country....lest be proven otherwise by the indictments of the Trio of death, ASEF SHAWKAT, MAHER ASSAD and Jamil Al-SAYYED and a few others well known to us....

It is the disinformation artist, and those who may pull their strings, who
MUST seek to prevent rational and complete examination of any chain of
evidence which would hang them. Since fact and truth seldom fall on
their own, they must be overcome with lies and deceit. Those who are
professional in the art of lies and deceit, such as the intelligence
community and the professional criminal (often the same people or at
least working together), tend to apply fairly well defined and
observable tools in this process; however, the public at large is not
well armed against such weapons, and is often easily led astray by
these time-proven tactics.
