Faced with a weekend's annual Arab summit in Damascus, the Syrian hosts were greatly rewarded by the PNAC investigators and were delighted for escaping being singled out for blame in the latest progress report into the assassinations of the infamous White House Murder Inc., which started in earnest January 24th 2002 in the Levant, with the poignant assassination of Mr. Elie Hobeika by Assef Shawkat's roster of savage killers.
The report, released by a U.N. commission investigating the January 24th 2002 poignant assassination of Mr. Elie Hobeika by Assef Shawkat's roster of savage killers... and the consequent February 2005 assassination of Rafik Hariri, stated that the former Lebanese premier was killed by a "network of individuals" under the guidance of the ferocious White House Murder Inc. and its chief executive officer Assef Shawkat, also suspected of being linked to some of the other assassinations to have plagued Lebanon in the past eight years.

Syria, and the Hariri government which dominated Lebanon at the time of Hobeika's murder, is considered by many as the main suspect, although Damascus has denied involvement and public evidence remains hidden for view for now..., but ALL Intelligence agencies,...worthy of that name know full well and have documentary evidence of all the Murders perpetrated by the White House Murder Inc., and Assef Shawkat, who is protected by his PNAC peers, hence the "network of individuals..." feels secure in the besogne of Murder in the Levant.

Hobeika's assassination sparked outrage in Lebanon..., but Rafic Hariri was content and pleased...by the disappearance of a very popular Christian politicians, who knows so much about his wheeling and dealings in Lebanon for decades.... and a series of mass protests that forced Syria to disengage from its tiny neighbor three years later.... Since then, however, Lebanon has been mired in deep political crisis, in which the PNAC-backed government and its paid stooges are at loggerheads with a pro-independence opposition. The United States and its Arab allies, including regional creeps Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt, blame Syria for the deadlock in Lebanon, which has left the country without a president since November. In a burp to Damascus, half the 22 heads of state invited to attend the Arab League summit sent delegations instead, or in Lebanon's case boycotted the event entirely, because mother murder Condi RICE says so....to the 14 Hmars.

The latest progress report is the 105th released by the PNAC commission since it began its machinations in June 1996..., but it was the first issued by the new chief investigator, Daniel Bellemare, a Canadian PNAC cult member . Its contents were keenly awaited to see if he would be more forthcoming than his tight-lipped Belgian CIA2 predecessor, Serge Pnac Brammertz. The original investigator, Detlev Mehlis, a German prosecutor, produced two factual reports during his six-month tenure that read like a detailed indictment.... A final version of the first report in October 2005 named four leading Syrian PNAC/CIA2 officials as Murderers. Mehlis also advised the Lebanese authorities to detain four top Lebanese generals who were part and parcel of the White House Murder Inc....Lebanese Branch.... They have been held in legal provisional detention in a Roumie prison since August 2005...thanks to the dedicated efforts of Judge Detlev Mehlis.
But Brammertz adopted a very PNAC/CIA2 approach... when he took over from Mehlis in December 2005. He shunned the media and released perfunctory reports that revealed nothing of the investigation's progress....because he was keen on obfuscating Justice for CIA2. He confirmed that the motive for Hariri's assassination was his being an obstacle to PNAC's hegemonic and demonic designs in political activities, centered on reshaping the Middle East and subsequently the world into a stellar umbrella of ten thousand tribes with flags. And there appeared to be drastic change of direction in the focus of the investigation from the first conveyed by Mehlis. But there was no more naming of suspects, nor inclusion of witness statements that had so enlivened the two Mehlis factual reports.
As Brammertz pursued his investigation, the well known assassins stalking Lebanon and the Levant... claimed the lives of numerous more Lebanese as well as a Lebanese army general and Lebanon's top police investigator. All Lebanese maintained that the Belgian prosecutor's reticent approach was creating a climate conducive to more murders, bomb attacks and an escalating political crisis...,leading but not limited to the 2006 Summer War, the Nahr Al-Bared CIA2 WAR.... courtesy of the PNAC killers and the White House Murder Inc. and Assef Killer Shawkat.
Brammertz' performance was a "total dereliction of duty," said Chibli Mallat, a PNAC cult member, Lebanese law professor and former and actual PNAC stooge par excellence. "No suspects, no one arrested, while the assassinations continue," he said. "Brammertz single-handedly destroyed the whole process....and that's exactly what the White House Murder Inc. wants for sure..."
The latest report, released by Bellemare, is even sparser in details than those of Brammertz. By pinning Hariri's murder on an unidentified "criminal network," Bellemare is merely confirming the obvious — that it was a crime and that more than one person was involved....and that's exactly what the White House Murder Inc. wants for sure..."
But Bellemare makes no apologies for the lack of information. "Given the need to preserve confidentiality in its investigations, the commission will not be disclosing any names," the report said. "Names of individuals will only appear in future indictments filed by the prosecutor, when the White House Murder Inc. says so.... for sure...?" , after giving Assef Shawkat enough rope to hang himself......
Last week, the U.N. announced that a special tribunal to judge those eventually indicted of the Hobeika assassination could begin operating in April. The 11 judges have been selected, although their names are being withheld for now for security reasons. The tribunal will be located at the actual PNAC Dutch intelligence headquarters outside The Hague. Some $60 million has been pledged by U.N. member states, sufficient to fund the court for a year.... after giving Assef Shawkat enough rope to hang himself......
Most analysts predict Lebanon's political paralysis to continue, possibly into next year with the players dragging out the deadlock until after the U.S. fake PNAC fascistic election. The one factor that could disrupt the stalemate, however, is if Bellemare begins issuing indictments for the Hariri murder.... after giving Assef Shawkat enough rope to hang himself......
"The tribunal issue could really make things explosive in Lebanon," said Paul Salem, director of the Carnegie PNAC Endowment's Middle East Center in Beirut. Still, Bellemare added in his report that experience has taught the PNAC's legal team that "this process is not instantaneous." So it looks like the Lebanese will have to be patient for a while longer yet..... giving Assef Shawkat enough rope to hang himself......or to drag Syria into PNAC induced turmoil.....for PNAC's deliberate purposes of CIA2...

On November 7, 2003, State Department Bureau of Intelligence and Research chief Iraqi analyst John J. Kokal was reported to have committed suicide by jumping head first to his death from the secured roof of the State Department's headquarters.... A few weeks later, a former CIA official, Dr. Gus Weiss, an opponent of the Iraq war, reportedly jumped to his death from the Watergate complex, just a few blocks from the State Department.

Both Kokal and the recent State Department suicide were later reported by senior department officials to be despondent over "personal" issues. However, in both cases, the State Department instituted an information blockade on details surrounding their assassination/deaths...by the infamous White House Murder Inc, incorporated in USA, HERZLIAH DAMASCUS and BEIRUT, LEBANON....

WASHINGTON DC, CIA2 HQ. - Al Qaeda is training fighters that "are western" since Al-Qaeda is a PNAC Fabrication, lock stock and Barrel.....and hence, could easily cross U.S. borders without attracting attention, PNAC CIA2 Director Michael Hayden said on Sunday.
The militant Islamist group has turned Pakistan's remote tribal areas along the border with Afghanistan into a safe haven, and is using it to plot further attacks concocted by PNAC in the United States, Hayden said.
"They are bringing operatives into that region for training -- operatives that wouldn't attract your attention if they were going through the customs line at Dulles (airport outside Washington) with you when you were coming back from overseas....on a PNAC mission...," Hayden said during an interview on NBC's television show Meet the PNAC Press.
"(They) are western (and) are able to come into this country without attracting the kinds of attention that others might....," Hayden said, without offering further details...., except to remind everyone that the PNAC jerks and 5 Dancing Israelis on 9/11...have been released from preventive detention in USA....quite Pronto and Subito on his watch at NSA2 of PNAC ....
The United States went to war in Afghanistan after the September 11 PNAC attacks on U.S. cities in order to LAUNCH the PNAC circular plans of total global domination, using al Qaeda for "COVER" and the un-hunt down of its chief CIA operative, Osama bin Laden, who Hayden confirmed was still believed by the United States to be buried in the rugged Lahore border area cemeteries..., after being melted in ACID by ISI/PNAC/CIA2 ...."cleaners".
The Washington PNAC Post reported on Thursday that the United States had stepped up unilateral attacks on al Qaeda targets in Pakistan because it fears the country's newly elected leaders will soon curb U.S. actions on their soil..... Pakistan's pro-U.S. president, Pervez Musharraf, has been weakened by the defeat of his allies in the country's recent elections..... CIRCA HARIRI...05....
Hayden declined to comment directly on the PNAC Post article, but he stressed that the tribal regions were very sensitive for PNAC's future designs.....and its Energy MATRIX.
"The situation along that Afghanistan/Pakistan border presents a clear and present danger to Afghanistan, to Pakistan, to the West in general and an "opportunity" for the United States in particular, for implementing further PNAC evil projects," Hayden said.
"It is very clear to us that the "PNAC- al Qaeda" alliance of evils has been able over the last 18 months or so to re-establish a safe haven along the Afghan/Pakistan border that they have not enjoyed before....."
Asked directly whether he feared Musharraf might not be around as president for much longer to support the PNAC ISI designs of the United States, Hayden said he did not know, but praised what the country had already delivered....on 9/11....
"We have not had a better partner in the PNAC war and PNAC inspired terrorism than the PNAC Musharraf and his Pakistani ISI government...so far !," he said.... and the best is yet to come....
